Built for a brother-run brokerage that closes real deals every month. Ingests MLS feeds, brokerage CRM, and listing photos. Surfaces the trades that matter and writes the briefings the broker would have written by hand at 9pm. Demo-ready.

Fast launch for a Covina-based pressure-washing business. Domain, hosting, lead capture, and AI-search readiness in days, not months.
Stood up the canonical brand (bigjonspowerwashing.com), forwarded the legacy domain for a year, wired DNS and Vercel production, and shipped a working phone CTA plus a contact form that opens pre-filled SMS to the owner's phone. Added the AI-search foundation a local service site needs to be quotable by LLMs and rankable on Google: LocalBusiness, OfferCatalog, FAQPage, and BlogPosting schema; sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and llms.txt; canonical and OG metadata; Covina & San Gabriel Valley copy; and a blog seeded with answer-style posts.
